29 CFR 1926.701(b): All Protruding reinforcing steel, onto and/or into which employees could fall or come against, was not guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement: Construction site: On or about June 20, 2013, cement work in the parking lot of the building, located at 302 S. Oregan St.; protruding steel form rods were not guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement. This hazard exposed employees to an impalement hazard.
