29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employees engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) On south side of house on the second floor deck: On or about June 18, 2013 and at times prior the employer exposed his employees to fall hazards in that he allowed his employees to work on the second floor decking without fall protection exposing his employees to falls of 10.3 feet to the ground below.
