29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system. Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system.    a) 150 Farmington Lane, Lancaster Pa; Roof - A roofer was observed working at the edge of a flat roof approximately 19 feet above ground and was not protected from fall hazards, on or about June 21, 2013.      M & E Roofing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 656838, Citation number 1, Item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on November 29, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 122 East Main Street, Lititz, Pa 17543.      No abatement certification or documentation required.
