29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: On or about June 14, 2013, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 11 feet to the dirt ground below, while working from a Snorkel Model TB42, sn: 59834, framing a Pharmacy drive through overhang and not wearing a safety harness. b) On or about June 14, 2013, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 6 feet to the dirt ground below, while working from a Snorkel Model TB42, sn: 69291, framing a Pharmacy drive through overhang and not wearing a safety harness.
