29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: South east corner of the construction building, on or about February 13, 2014, two employees were doing exterior sheeting installation from a Skyjack SJ40T s/n 98000843 aerial lift without wearing a body harness with lanyard tied to the anchorage point of the basket. A.O. Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313467227, citation number 1, item number 1(b) and was affirmed as a final order on November 18, 2009, with respect to a workplace located at 1400 US Expressway 83, McAllen TX. 78503.
