29 CFR 1926.502(b)(2)(i):     Midrails, when used, shall be installed at a height midway between the top edge of the guardrail system and the walking/working level.    (a)  United Materials, LLC @ 1350 Rio Court, Denver, CO:  On June 21st, 2013, the employer did not ensure the midrail was installed midway between the top rail from the walking working surface. This condition exposed the employees to a fall from heights.
