29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): "Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system. At the location of 2611 W. 43rd St. South, in Wichita KS. Employees were engaged in the completing process of a new roof were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 11 feet 4 inches, from the eave to the ground below. The employees were exposed in that a fall protection system was not in place to keep them from falling.
