29 CFR 1926.600(a)(6)(i): Equipment being moved in the vicinity of overhead power lines or energized transmitters except where electrical distribution and transmission lines have been deenergized and visibly grounded at point of work did not maintain a minimum clearance between the lines and any part of the equipment or load of 10 feet for lines rated 50 kV or below. a) On or about 06/25/13 an employee was operating a Komatsu Excavator in close proximity to energized secondary 120/240 volt power lines when the lines had not been deenergized.
