29 CFR 1910.1030(g)(2)(ii)(B): The employer did not ensure that the training was provided to employees with occupational exposure at least annually:  (a) On or about 6/24/2013 at 93A Route 84 at Greene County Emergency Medical Systems, Inc. and associated field locations, for employees exposed to bloodborne pathogens hazards when they respond to medical emergencies. The employer failed to provide annual training on bloodborne pathogens. Deficiencies were noted in employee understanding of the availability of hepatitis B vaccination and the protocol for handling work uniforms contaminated with blood or other potentially infectious material.  (b) On or about 6/24/2013 at 117 Mansion St. at Greene County Emergency Medical Systems, Inc. and associated field locations, for employees exposed to bloodborne pathogens hazards when they respond to medical emergencies.
