Employees use DOWPER Solvent as a dry cleaning solvent as well as Ammonia, 10% Aqueous Solution, Amyl Acetate, BPR - Blood & Protein Remover, Super Tan +, Fabricol, Picrin, Pyratex, RustGo, and SpotsGo, as spot cleaners.

29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): The employer did not have a material safety data sheet for each hazardous chemical in use: a) At the facility, on or about June 26, 2013 - The employer did not have a material safety data sheet for DOWPER Solvent, which contains >99.9% tetrachloroethylene. Employees use DOWPER Solvent as a dry cleaning solvent. b) At the facility, on or about June 26, 2013 - The employer did not have a material safety data sheet for Ammonia, 10% Aqueous Solution, which contains 9-11% ammonia. Employees use Ammonia, 10% Aqueous Solution as a spot cleaner. c) At the facility, on or about June 26, 2013 - The employer did not have a material safety data sheet for Amyl Acetate, which contains 99-100% amyl acetate. Employees use Amyl Acetate as a spot cleaner. d) At the facility, on or about June 26, 2013 - The employer did not have a material safety data sheet for BPR - Blood & Protein Remover, which contains <1% ammonium hydroxide and <2% Potassium hydroxide. Employees use BPR - Blood & Protein Remover as a spot cleaner. e) At the facility, on or about June 26, 2013 - The employer did not have a material safety data sheet for Super Tan +, which contains 13-16% citric acid. Employees use Super Tan + as a spot cleaner. f) At the facility, on or about June 26, 2013 - The employer did not have a material safety data sheet for Picrin, which contains ~100% trichloroethylene. Employees use Picrin as a spot cleaner. g) At the facility, on or about June 26, 2013 - The employer did not have a material safety data sheet for Pyratex, which contains aliphatic carboxylic ester, <30% glycol ether, and <15% aliphatic ketone. Employees use Pyratex as a spot cleaner. h) At the facility, on or about June 26, 2013 - The employer did not have a material safety data sheet for RustGo, which contains 12% approx. hydrofluoric acid, 16% approx. ammonium bifluoride. Employees use RustGo as a spot cleaner. i) At the facility, on or about June 26, 2013 - The employer did not have a material safety data for SpotsGo, which contains <4% linear primary alcohol ethoxylate, and <6% isopropyl alcohol. Employees use SpotsGo as a spot cleaner.
