29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using a tight-fitting facepiece respirator were not annually fit tested: (a) Employees required to wear a full-face respirator while fitz-milling and dumping a powdered substance containing silica into a drum, were not fit-tested annually, in that: (i) a cook/blender required to wear a full-face respirator for approximately one year was not fit-tested until on or about August 1, 2013, and, (ii) a cook/blender required to wear a full-face respirator for about five years was fit-tested on or about October 25, 2010, but did not receive a follow-up fit-test until on or about July 25, 2013.
