OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): 29 CFR Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970:  The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to fire and explosion hazards from the improper storage of chemicals:   On or about June 26th, 2013, at the above addressed jobsite in the receiving/storage department, the employees were exposed to fire/explosion hazards from the improper storage of chemicals.

29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:  On or about June 26th 2013, at the above addressed jobsite receiving department, an eye wash station was not provided for immediate use while employees were exposed to corrosive chemicals such as but not limited to nitric acid.
