Cross braces were used as a means of access. a) Worksite, Southside - Employees working on a fabricated frame scaffold used the cross braces to access the scaffold platform; on or about 06/27/13. Note: In addition to abatement certification the employer is required to submit abatement documentation for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
