29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: a)Throughout facility - The employer did not provide any written hazard communication program to employees working with chemicals such as, but not limited to, carbon alloy steel, stainless steel, Wash Primer Catalyst Reducer, Propane, KEM 4000 High Solids Acrylic Enamel Extra White paint and KEM 4000 High Solids Acrylic Alkyd Black paint, exposing employees to eye and skin irritations. Inhalation of white and back paints products can cause irritation of the upper respiratory system and nervous system depression.
