29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(B): Specific procedural steps for shutting down, isolating, blocking and securing machines or equipment to control hazardous energy were not developed, documented and/or utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy: (a) 1 New Bond St (St.Gobain Abrasives) Worcester,MA: On or about May 22, 2013 the specific procedures for the flash turntable (AKA SA Unit Turntable) did not include sufficient details on the methods needed to block and secure the turntable in the event it remained in the raised position after application of the lockout procedures. Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1).
