On or about 06/25/2013 at 164 Hickory Springs Drive, Canton, GA: In Building #3, two 55-gallon barrels of resin and a crate were placed in front of the electrical panel. Sufficient space for ready and safe access to the electrical panel was not maintained. Employees were exposed to fire and smoke hazards.
