29 CFR 1910.110(f)(2)(i): Containers in storage were not located in an area that minimized exposure to excessive temperature rise, physical damage, or tampering from unauthorized persons:  The employer is failing to protect employees from potential explosive hazards associated with improperly storing LP containers.  This was most recently evident during the inspection of the storage area of the facility located at 501 Lincoln Street, Gurley, NE 69141, where the employer is storing a LP gas container in the open, unsecured and exposed to tampering or possible contact from moving forklifts or personnel.

This was most recently evident during the inspection of the maintenance area of the facility located at 501 Lincoln Street, Gurley, NE 69141, where the employer is storing oxygen and acetylene gas cylinders within 20 feet of each other exposing employees to increase potential explosion hazards in the event of a fire.

29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling:  The employer failed to protect employees from potential electrical hazards associate with improper use and wiring of an air compressor directly into an electrical panel box.  This was most recently evident during the inspection of the maintenance area of the facility located at 501 Lincoln Street, Gurley, NE 69141, where the employer has employees using the air compressor that has a wiring configuration utilizing the circuit breaker box as means of overvoltage protection by running standard insulated wiring back into an outlet and not running the approved wiring though conduit as intended by the manufacturer.
