29 CFR 1910.106(d)(2)(i): Approved container(s) or portable tank(s) were not used for the storage of flammable or combustible liquids: a) South East end RV maintenance bay: On June 27, 2013, and times prior thereto, an employee was transferring a gasoline and diesel mixture from an RV motor home fuel tank into a waste oil storage tank with open plastic buckets and a plastic pail that were not approved by DOT or a Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory, and while pouring the fuel into a waste oil storage tank, the fuel caught fire. Note: Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item.
