29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: Employees replacing the roof on a two story house with a 8 in 12 pitch located at 5148 E Willow Point Rd, Bel Aire, KS 67220 were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20' (eave to ground) in that fall protection was not used by employees working from the roof.
