29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Employees were on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels and were not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) 2900 Whiteford Road York, PA - Employees were observed performing roofing activity on a 6 in 12 pitch steep roof without the benefit of a fall protection system, thereby exposing employees to a fall of approximately 10 feet to the ground below, on or about July 1, 2013. No abatement certification or documentation required.
