29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were other provisions of paragraph (b) of this section used to provide an alternative fall protection measure:    a.  On or about June 26, 2013, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 8 feet 7 inches while performing framing activities and a suitable fall protection system was not used; and,       b.  On or about June 28, 2013, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 15 feet while setting trusses and a suitable fall protection system was not used.    Paul Yoder dba Lincoln Land Builders was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard: 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 872983,citation number 2, item number 2, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON 04/08/2013 with respect to a workplace located at 1285 Independence Court, Washington IL 61571.    Paul Yoder dba Lincoln Land Builders was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard  or its equivalent standard: 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 847345, citation number 1,  item number  1, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON 04/08/2013 with respect to a workplace located at 1285 Independence Court, Washington, IL 61571.
