29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Installation and use. Listed or labeled equipment shall be installed and used in accordance with any instructions included in the listing or labeling:   a) On or about 06/27/13, at the Biosphere Center, St John, VI, in building #4 area, a relocatable power tap was not directly connected to a permanently installed branch circuit receptacle.   b) On or about 06/27/13, at the Biosphere Center, St John, VI, in building #3 NE corner area, two relocatable power taps were not directly connected to a permanently installed branch circuit receptacle.   c) On or about 06/27/13, at the Biosphere Center, St John, VI, in building #3 SW corner area, an uninterruptible power supply was not connected to a permanently installed branch circuit receptacle.  d) On or about 06/27/13, at the Biosphere Center, St John, VI, in building #3 SW corner area, two relocatable power taps were not directly connected to a permanently installed branch circuit receptacle.   e) On or about 06/27/13, at the Biosphere Center, St John, VI, in building #2 kitchen area, a ground-fault circuit interrupter was not installed in all 125-volt, single phase, 15-and 20-ampere receptacles installed within 6 feet or 1.8 meters of the outside edge of a sink.   PLEASE NOTE: CERTIFICATION OF ABATEMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.
