29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i): Pull boxes, junction boxes, and fittings were not provided with covers approved for the purpose: On or about 7/14/2016, Building #4, Diving Office: Employees have been using office electric equipment connected to a metal outlet box. The MT outlet box lacked a face plate cover. NOTES: 1. 1. The National Park Service-VI Biosphere Reserve Center was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 916230 , Notice number 1, item number 6 and was affirmed as a final order on 09/18/2013 with respect to a workplace located at Biosphere Center-Lind Pt-Bldg.2, St John, VI 00831. 2. Certification of abatement is not required for this citation item since it was submitted prior to citation issuance. Please disregard the abatement date.
