Employees were using cross braces as a means of access. Observed on or about 7/3/13.

Observed on or about 7/3/13. Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19, the employer must submit abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
