(b) 2nd Level - Workers were conducting roof repair work on a low-slope roof at its edge without using fall protection and were exposed to a 10 feet to a 20 feet fall hazard on or about June 27, 2013. Cole Roof Systems Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315913566, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on January 12, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 1251 Hamlin Street, NW, Washington, DC 20017.
