29 CFR 1926.50(g): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use. This violation was discovered on or about July 3, 2013; where employees using Portland Cement did not have designated facilities in the immediate work area for flushing of the eyes with large amounts of clean water for at least 15 minutes as required by the material safety data sheet.
