29 CFR 1910.263(l)(9)(ii): All safety devices on ovens were not inspected at intervals of not less than twice a month by an especially appointed, properly instructed bakery employee, and not less than once a year by representatives of the oven manufacturers: a) Winkler and Goeut ovens, Anthony & Sons Bakery, Inc., 20 Luger Road, Denville, NJ 07834. The safety device on the Winkler and Goeut ovens, specifically the interlock that controls their source electrical energy, was not regularly inspected by an instructed employee or by technicians from the oven manufacturers. Condition observed on or about 7/10/2013.
