Job site located at 2449 Road 4500, Edgar, NE 68935-The employer has developed a written housekeeping program that outlines the frequency and method(s) to reduce the accumulation of fugitive grain dust at the facility. The program has not been implemented properly as demonstrated by the grain explosion and fire that occurred at the facility on July 5, 2013. The explosion and fire injured one employee of the company.
