29 CFR 1910.305(f)(1): All conductors used for general wiring were not insulated unless otherwise permitted in this subpart: (a) Test Lab: Employees were exposed to the Dayton Shop Vac by the Milling Machine which did not have adequate insulation for the electrical cord. There was a cut in the outer insulation in the electrical cord exposing interior wiring.
