29 CFR 1910.215(b)(9): The distance between the abrasive wheel periphery(s) and the adjustable tongue or the end of the safety guard peripheral member at the top exceeded one fourth inch: On or about September 1, 2015 at the Haldex Brake Products facility in Grain Valley, Missouri- employees were exposed to a struck by hazard from a 8 inch Jet Bench Grinder, in the Assembly area, which had tongue guards that were improperly adjusted in excess of one-fourth inch. Abatement certification is not required for this item:
