29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) Employees without fall protection were leaning out and standing in windows with the sill, 24 inches in height, exposing them to a fall of approximately 17 foot 10 inch, on or about 07/10/13. b) Employees without fall protection were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 9 feet 1 inch from the top-plate to the floor and approximately 25 feet from the top-plate to the ground, on or about 07/10/13. c) Employees hoisting trusses up to the top-plate without fall protection were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 9 feet 1 inch from the top-plate to the floor and approximately 25 feet from the top-plate to the ground, on or about 07/10/13. Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement or other written records.
