29 CFR 1904.31(a): The employer did not record the recordable injuries and illnesses that occurred to employees who were not on their payroll although they supervised these employees on a day-to-day basis: (a) On or about 7/10/2013 at AMSCAN Inc., the employer failed to ensure that temporary employees' injuries were recorded on the OSHA log, where temporary employees onsite were under the day-to-day supervision of AMSCAN. A separate log for temporary employees detailed several recordable injuries, which included two on 6/11/13 and 6/24/2013.
