29 CFR 1910.37(b)(2): Each exit was not clearly visible and marked by a sign reading "Exit": Defense Commissary Agency- Moffett Field: Bldg. 13 - On or about July 12, 2013 and at times prior thereto the designated exit door was not clearly visible for employees needing to exit the building in an emergency. The exit door was flush with the exterior of the building and a non-illuminated "Exit" sign posted on the door was not visible unless an employee was within approximately 7-10 feet of the door area.

29 CFR 1910.37(b)(4): Signs were not posted along the exit access indicating the direction of travel to the nearest exit and exit discharge when the direction of travel to the exit or exit discharge was not immediately apparent: Defense Commissary agency- Moffett Field: Bldg. 13 - On or about July 12, 2013 and at times prior thereto signs were not posted along the exit access indicating the direction of travel to the nearest exit or exit discharge when the designated exit was not visible from the main area of the warehouse. Exit signs were posted at each of the rollup doors, but did not have the directional arrow pointing to the designated exit door.

29 CFR 1910.37(b)(6): Each exit sign was not illuminated to a surface value of at least five foot-candles (54 lux) by a reliable light source and be distinctive in color: Defense Commissary Agency- Moffett Field: Bldg. 13 - On or about July 12, 2013 and at times prior thereto the designated exit door's "Exit" Sign was not illuminated. The Exit sign on the exit door did not have a source of reliable illumination in case it was dark from lack of daylight or a power outage.
