29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) Roof Area: On or about July 15, 2013, and at times prior, Sprague Roofing as the controlling employer failed to ensure that Matrix Roofing protected their employees from fall hazards. Employees of Matrix Roofing were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately eleven feet to ground level while performing roofing operations on a 10-12 slope roof.
