29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest system: a) 21 North 15th Street, Billings MT, 59101: On or about October 4, 2021, and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards of 17 feet 8 inches to the ground below while staging the roof in preparation for roofing activities without fall protection.
