29 CFR 1910.23(c)(3): Regardless of height, open-sided floors, walkways, platforms, or runways above or adjacent to dangerous equipment, pickling or galvanizing tanks, degreasing units, and similar hazards were not guarded with a standard railing and toe board:  (a)  A Harris BSH-1025 ton single shear did not have the work platform located at the top of the shear fully guarded to prevent employees from falling onto the in-feed deck of the shear.   On or about 7/15/13, an employee fell from the top of the shear while tightening bolts on a hydraulic line.  The employee fell approximately 10' onto the in-feed deck of the shear.          ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
