29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets. a) Sharps Road, Evesham: On or about 07/16/2013 employees assisting an excavator as it lowered a section of water main into a shallow trench were not wearing hard hats and were thus exposed to potential struck by hazards to the head.
