29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1): Each employee in an excavation was not protected from cave-ins by an adequate protective system designed in accordance with paragraph (b) or (c) of this section: a- Fox Hollow Development - Stormwater Pipe Installation, Corner of Geranium & Charlotte Avenue, Marlton NJ: On or about 09/06/23, a company employee was exposed to struck by hazards when working in a trench haivng side walls that were neither properly benched, shored, or shielded. This trench had a depth in excess of 6 foot 5 inches, a width of approximately 11 feet 5 inches and a length greater than 25 feet.
