29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): The floor of every workroom was not maintained in a clean and, so far as possible, a dry condition. Where wet processes are used, drainage shall be maintained, and false floors, platforms, mats, or other dry standing places should be provided where practicable. This violation was observed on or about July 17, 2013, in areas such as, but not limited to the CNC area explosive dust was on the floor and around the machines where routing was performed. Employees were exposed to fire, deflagration, and explosion hazards.

This violation occurred on or about July 17, 2013, a periodic evaluation of the energy control procedures was not performed for equipment such as, but not limited to, the UniMaster 7226 and EcoMaster 7120. Employees were exposed to amputation and caught in hazards.
