29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): Floor(s) of workroom(s) were not maintained in a clean and, so far as possible, a dry condition: The employer has not ensured regular cleaning frequencies are established for areas in the CNC area to minimize explosive dust accumulations. This violation was observed on or about June 17, 2015, where employees machine wood pieces prior to assembly. Employees were exposed to fire, deflagration and explosion hazards. Troy Wesnidge, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 920021, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on January 15, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 2024 S. Main Street, Newcastle, OK 73065.

29 CFR 1910.213(p)(4): Belt sanding machinery was not provided with a guard at each nip point where the sanding belt ran onto a pulley, to prevent the operator's hands or fingers from coming into contact with nip points: The employer has not ensured ingoing nip points on the Oakley horizontal edge sander were guarded. This violation was observed on or about June 17, 2015, where employees sand furniture pieces before assembly. Employees were exposed to hazard of being caught in the machinery. Troy Wesnidge, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.213(p)(4), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 920021, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on January 15, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 2024 S.
