29 CFR 1917.156(a)(9): Liquid fuel dispensing devices, such as pumps, were not mounted on a concrete island or otherwise protected against collision damage. (a) On or about July 16, 2013 the inspection revealed that employees were potentially exposed to serious injury from a propane tank that was not protected against collision damage in an area where forklifts were driven. The propane tank was located by the freezers at 16178 Lower Harbor Road in Brookings, Oregon.
