29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3): (3) Walking-working surfaces are maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice. (a) Hallmark Fisheries - pier- On or about May 15th, 2017 and at times prior thereto, the employer exposed employees to slip, trip and fall hazards while working on the pier. The steel plates, in place to cover damaged sections of the pier, are uneven and create tripping hazards for the employees.
