29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): Place(s) of employment were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition: (a) On or about 07/16/2013 - Main plant, northeast corner, combustible dust generated from the sawmill operation had accumulated on the walls, pipes, and beams exposing employees to a fire hazard. The dust on the pipes measured between 1/8 inch and 3 inches in depth. The dust attached to the walls measured 1/4 in depth. The dust under the equipment measured between 2 and 3 inches in depth.
