29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): Floor(s) of workroom(s) were not maintained in a clean and, so far as possible, a dry condition: (a) On or about 01/14/2015 - Main plant, combustible dust generated from the sawmill operation had accumulated on the floor exposing employees to a fire hazard. The dust on the floor by the east wall measured from 1/4 inch to 6 inches in depth. The dust on the floor and under equipment measured from 1/4 inch to 4 inches in depth throughout the plant.

(b) On or about 01/14/2015 - Main plant, the motor on the conveyor did not have strain relief preventing it from being dust-tight and allowing dust to accumulate inside the motor.

29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): Place(s) of employment were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition: (a) On or about 01/14/2015 - Main plant, northeast corner, combustible dust generated from the sawmill operation had accumulated on the walls, pipes, electrical panels, electrical motors, equipment, walls and beams exposing employees to a fire hazard. The dust on the pipes measured from 1/8 inch to 6 inches in depth. The dust on the top of electrical panels measured from 1/4 inch to 2 inches in depth. The Consolidated Forest Products, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 920296, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/04/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 155 County Road 62, Bear Creek, Alabama.
