Rako RZoofing, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA violation number 721161, citation 1, item 1, issued on December 20, 2012, and became final order on or about January 3, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 903 S. Waverly Ave., Mount Prospect, IL 60056. No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
