29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A full body harness was not worn nad a lanyard attached to the boom or the basket when working from an aerial lift. a. On or about July 17, 2013 - at the above addressed jobsite, an employee performing work from the basket of an aerial lift was not protected by a personal fall arrest system, thereby exposing the employee to falls.
