29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met.  On or about 07/16/2013 at 480 Holiday Circle, Forsyth, GA: Housekeeping and kitchen employees were exposed to hazards associated with the use of chemical products. Chemical products used include but are not limited to Clorox, Tide, Ammonia, Victoria Bay Concentrate (Glass and multi surface cleaner, fresh traction wash concentrate, heavy duty degreaser) for the dish washer, Tide, Downy, Comet(disinfecting santizing bathroom cleaner), Febreze refresher, Spic and Span(disinfecting all purpose spray and glass cleaning).

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area.  On or about 7/16/2013 at 480 Holiday Circle, Forsyth, GA: The employees were not provided hazard communication training where they were required to work with products, to include but not limited to Victoria Bay Heavy Duty Degreaser.
