29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. (a) On , the East side of the building -- during the installation of a signs, fall protection was not enforced for employees working on a flat roof 10-ft from the eaves to ground, on or about July 19, 2013. Davidson Sign Services, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(l) which was contained in OSHA inspection 314226150, citation 1, item 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/12/2010, with respect to a workplace , located at 7369 Ulmerton Rd., Largo, FL 33771.
