29 CFR 1910.141(a)(3)(ii): The floor of every workroom was not maintained, so far as practicable, in a dry condition. Where wet processes are used, drainage was not maintained and false floors, platforms, mats, or other dry standing places were not provided, where practicable, or appropriate waterproof footgear was not provided:    a)  In the Service Station D, on or about July 22, 2013- The floor was wet and slippery and there were no floor mats covering the wet and slippery floor.  There was excessive water puddles accumulated on the floor.     b)  In the Kitchen Area, on or about July 22, 2013 - The entire back kitchen floor was wet and slippery.  There were no floor mats covering the wet and slippery floor.  Water puddles accumulated in puddles in several areas.
