29 CFR 1910.101(b): The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tank cars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks were not in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, which is incorporated by reference as specified in CFR 1910.6: a) Warehouse, Roll-up Door, North Wall -- On or about July 23, 2013, a compressed oxygen cylinder was not secured by a chain or a other restraint which exposes employees to potential injury in the event the cylinder were to be tipped over as required per Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, paragraph 3.4.4. b) Warehouse, Roll-up Door, North Wall -- On or about July 23, 2013, a compressed oxygen cylinder was stored next to tanks of propane and was not separated by 20 feet or a one-half hour rated fire barrier as required per Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, paragraph 3.5.3.
